Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Thackley AFC will be held in person on Monday 5th October 2026, with an arrival time of 7.15pm for a start time of 7.30pm.

The AGM will take place at the Thackley AFC Clubhouse, Dennyfield, Ainsbury Avenue, Bradford, BD10 0TL.

Any member entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote instead and that proxy need not be a member of the Club. Please give advance notice of any proxy attendance to the Club Chairman, Ben Oliver, by email at ben.oliver@thackley-afc.co.uk.
