The Commercial Inn, just over the hill from Thackley’s Dennyfield Ground, is a true local community run pub providing a warm and friendly welcome to everyone.

Locally known as ‘The Comic’, there are always six real ales on sale, three regular ales and three ever changing guest beers.

Their regular ales are:
Commercial Inn Blonde (4%) – Goose Eye Chinook (4.2%) – Tetley’s Bitter (3.8%).

There is a Quiz Night every Wednesday and occasional Live Music Nights.

It is both a child (until 9pm) and dog friendly pub.

The Commercial Inn has supported Thackley over the past two years, normally sponsoring three or four matches per season as well as actively getting involved in its other fund raising activities.

This year they have very generously agreed to be (back) shirt sponsors and we are grateful for their continued support.
