Overview:
Thackley make their home return on Saturday when they face Frickley Athletic at the Meridian Stadium at Dennyfield.

This game follows on from last week’s defeat at Horbury Town, in which the team surrendered a two goal lead in difficult conditions, making this latest test more important.

Adding to that factor, a second postponement of the fixture away at Wombwell Town has disrupted the Dennyboys’ plans, with more inconveniences expected during these winter months, especially with the weather conditions.

The Opposition:
Frickley Athletic arrive at this fixture at an important point of their season.

The ‘Blues’ currently sit 16th in the league table, just three points behind Thackley and four points above the relegation zone.
