Thackley return to the road when they take on Parkgate FC.
Following on from their 0-0 draw against Tadcaster Albion in midweek, the team will be hoping to secure another good result as their goal to confirm safety remains.
The Opposition:
This season, Parkgate have enjoyed a very strong league campaign.
Known as the ‘Steelmen’, the team sit ninth in the table and are known for their goalscoring exploits.
Some impressive results that are examples of this are their 5-4 win against Golcar United, their 6-1 triumph over Penistone Church, as well as another thriller, this being their 4-3 victory against Knaresborough Town.

In the list of Parkgate players, the current leader of the scoring charts is Harry Day, who has nine goals to his name.
Just behind him are Bradley Gregory and Shay Evans-Booth, who have six and four to their name respectively.
Previous Meeting:
Earlier this season, the two teams faced off at the Meridian Stadium at Dennyfield.
In this fixture, the visitors came out as 1-0 winners thanks to a goal in the first half, with a well taken free kick from Sam Eckhardt being the difference.

Parkgate’s ground is the Rotherham Hospice and Community Stadium, which currently sits at a capacity of around 1000.
Of this number, 300 seats are available if any spectators prefer to sit down.
There is also a catering area and a clubhouse for all your refreshments.
The ground is an “all cash” ground.

From Rotherham A633 to Rawmarsh. From Doncaster A630 to Conisbrough, then A6023 through Swinton to Rawmarsh. Grd at Green Lane - right from Rotherham, left from Conisbrough at the Crown Inn. Ground 800yds on right.
Public Transport:
Station: Rotherham Central 2¾ miles. Stagecoach Yorkshire 9 from Rotherham (Bus Station, adjacent to station) to Rawmarsh (Claypit Lane, Oates Avenue) four times per hour, journey time 13 minutes. Return bus runs from same stop. Entrance between rows of terraced houses directly behind bus stop, where road bends sharply right, go straight down drive to ground (5 minutes).
